Charlene Crilley, MFT, San Diego Psychotherapist in Kensington

Charlene Crilley
Marriage and Family Therapist

Welcome and Congratulations!

Seeing a therapist is a courageous act. You are about to talk to a professional who is by experience and licensure trained to help you with your emotional and mental well-being. This is a very trusting and vulnerable venture. It will be a privilege to walk with you on this therapeutic path.

Four things come to mind:

· Where are you now?
· Where do you want to be?
· How will you get there?
· What has kept you from getting there?

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist ready to help you address life with all the challenges and celebrations life brings. Together we may address issues like cooperation, trust, conflict, passion, joy, communication, anger, fear, old destructive patterns, your successes, etc., while we tackle what life is presenting to you today. Working together we determine where you are now, where you want to be and how to get there.

Balancing work, love and play helps build synchronicity in your relationships of life. While, cooperative communication is a key to increasing joy and passion.

My office is in a two-story Spanish style office building ˝ mile north of Adams Avenue right in the middle of a residential area in Kensington. See the Google Map below. It is just south of Qualcom Stadium. The building, Center for Inner Work, is on the corner of Marlborough Drive and Hilldale Avenue. The entrance faces Hilldale. Come in, have a seat in the waiting area, enjoy the fountain and feel free to browse our lending library. I will come out and meet you at the time of your appointment.
