Veronica Reis, Ph. D.
Psychologist

As a psychologist with 7 years' experience working with Gay, Lesbian and Bi-sexual clients, I understand the multi-layered and subtle ways that having a minority sexual orientation can influence your life.  Whether you would like help with issues related to your sexual orientation (questioning, coming out, etc.) or your relationships with partners, family or friends or you would like to address issues that aren't related to your sexual orientation, I can provide a safe and compassionate therapeutic environment.

I have over 8 years' experience working with clients of all races, and many ethnicities. I also have 7 years' experience working with Gay, Lesbian and Bi-sexual clients.  My therapeutic approach is an integration of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and existentialism, which is tailored specifically to you and your presenting issues.  I appreciate that finding a therapist who is a good "fit" isn't always easy.  While I hope that you will feel comfortable with me, I will be happy to provide referrals if it turns out that we are not a good "match."  Regardless of who you choose as your therapist, I wish you the best in living your fullest, richest and most meaningful life.
